Mancuso Limo

This is is the WORST COMPANY i've ever used! They gave us a ""deal"" and then took us on the ride of our lives. We were speeding several times, while the driver was on his cell phone talking away. We went around corners about 100 mph and all slammed into each other. Then the best part was we were late for several wineries forcing us to cancel, because we went through an intersection and almost got T-boned by a huge truck and ended up in a ditch. The driver got us out and we went to a winery, where we sat for 4 hours while they brought us a new limo (diagnosis- blown brakes). Then their ""service manager"" got into an argument with the ladies who were shaken up from almost crashing and told us to get in this old rickety limo they had brought for us and ""go home"" that we were ""done"" and not getting our money back! When we got into the older limo one guest sat on a dirty jello shot cup (WE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE JELLO SHOTS!!! GROSS!!) Last, I wrote them a letter detailing our trip and asking for a refund and was promised a new deal where we could have another wine tour.... well i've contacted and gotten no answer so far.... haha what a joke, sorry excuse for a business more

My friends and I went thru Mancuso Limo for a wine tour and their service was awful. They gave us a limo that was too small for our amount of people to start the trip. The driver we had got us lost and put us an hour behind schedule and threw off our reservations for the wineries and we even had to cancel a few and got charged for them. The driver got lost again trying to get home, he tried turning around in the middle of an intersection and bottomed out the car so we were stuck in the middle of the road. Not to mention he was speeding, messing with the GPS while driving, honked at several people because he was trying to cut them off and was more worried about trying to get back in time to be at his other job. more

I rented a limo from them. They Had a clean limousine and they showed up 15 minutes early!! The car was great and we will be renting againg in june and this service gave me a great rate for 6 hrs with the chrysler 300 touring limousine!!! 5 star rating no dout!!!!! more

I just want to let you know, that the people over here at Mancuso limo, are a GREAT bunch. I have booked so many limo with Mancuso I have seriously considered asking Mel and Jen for a job. You may ask why do I book limo's with mancuso? Because they have always treated me with respect and provided a great service. There drivers are always professional and courteous. They have drivers for every occasion. They have a gentleman by the name of Jack that drove us on a wine tour 2 weeks ago and our group wanted to take a group picture, so Jack told us he had a great place and drove 15 mins off course ( made up for the time by driving 45 mins over with no charge ) and pulled over next to a waterfall!! AMAZING!! \r \r Secondly, My cousin got married 4 weeks ago and I once again called Mancuso for a great deal and the driver Sylvia took the time to call my cousin and ask her what the colors were on the dress so that she could decorate the limo to match the wedding party.....\r \r The service speaks for itself. more

After an initial bad experience with the limo service, we sat down face-to-face with the owner expressing our frustrations.\r \r We worked out a mutual agreement that was fair to both of us. \r Part of that agreement is another opportunity to use their service. The owner guarantees that we will enjoy our selves and his product. We gladly accepted. \r \r We look forward to our next trip out in one of their buses and a better experience! more

HORRIBLE! LIMO DRIVER DID NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO AT ALL EVEN WITH THE GPS, AND LEFT US IN A DIFFERENT CITY STRANDED WITH NO WAY HOME!! REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK! WE PAID FOR SIX HOURS AND GOT 4 !!! WORST LIMO COMPANY EVER!! WE KEPT CALLING, THE LIMO DRIVER TURNED HIS PHONE OFF AND LEFT 25 PEOPLE STRANDED AN HOUR AWAY FROM HOME!!! more

I rented a limobus for my daughter and her soccer team to go see the Rochester Ravens and the 20 some girls had a blast and the driver was excelent with all of the kids. Everyone says a big THANK YOU to the staff at Mancuso Limousine. We will be using their service again very soon! more

my family and got a limo for our family reunion and it was the best idea we had the limo was great the driver was like part of the family we all had a great time i will be booking with them very soon more

I rented from mancusos for my wedding and the limo i got was awsome for once everything worked on the limo all tvs, lighting, the driver was the best driver ever the limo was very clean inside and out like showroom condition thanks to mancusos they completed my wedding night. Pros: AWSOME more

I tell you what i have never been in a limo befor.when i got in one of the Limo's from Mancuso i was like WOW There was lots of tv's lights like i have never see befor we hade a night out the driver new right where to go never hade to tell him how to get to a place we want to go. Booked with Mancusos for a special night out. We had a very complicated itinerary, but there office staff worked with us hand in hand and the night went perfect. We have booked with other services in the past, but none were as professional and accommodating as Mancuso Limo. Worst limo experience ever. They gave us the best price, but then showed up 2 hours late. The driver had no idea where he was going, and he refused to complete the services at the end of the night.No apology is necessary from them since they feel this type of service is acceptable. Mancuso Limosines ruined the night. They never showed. After calling and arguing they promised someone would arrive in 15 minutes. The garage was only 3 miles from our pick up location. Another 30 minutes passed and they were still not there. They would not answer the phone. An hour after the original pick up time, the driver called to say he would be there in 30 minutes. I told him to forget about it at that point. I tried calling the owner the following day to complain but who ever answered the phone told me to shut the h@ll up and hung up on me. I do not recommend them at all! Pros: None! Cons: Never showed, bad attitude, horrible customer service more
