Great Company- No more Rats in my home. 4/29/2011

I've always known that NYC has lots of rats. Having them in my home was no fun. I went to sleep in fear every night and remember hearing the scratching against the walls and running around. In the beginning, I didn't know what it was and finally I called Magic for an estimate. The inspector came to my home and told me I had to do some exclusion work to help keep these horrible pests away. The service man came in, put down traps and helped minimize my problems. Magic is a great company. Their prices are reasonable, even though I would have paid just about anything to get rid of the problem. Their service men were very proessional and the two men that came to my house mentioned being in the business for over 20 years. I guess they really know their stuff.\r \r I now live rat free, and it's all thanks to Magic. more

They DO NOT show up at the time of scheduled appointment. I tried three times but to no avail. The third time they promised they would arrive as scheduled. We have a sleeping baby and need them at the house between 11am and 3pm. I don't think that this is asking too much. more

Magic came over a few months ago for a terrible bedbug problem I had. Their guys were very professional, the quality of service was outstanding and now my bedbug problem is GONE!! Pros: Customer Service Department had all of my info. Never had to restate my problem. more

i dont like insects and we had a bad problem with ants and i called they came right out and found the problem very quickly the price was good and the service was great the man was very nice he took time to explain to me everything he did in my home they do good work here and i do recomend them to all my friends and family keep up the good work more

Good Exterminators 7/19/2005

This is a good company. They are very good at what they do such as Termite removal. They also specialize in Wildlife control, Rats, Mice, Roaches, and more. They give free estimates and are very thorough. Their prices are reasonable. more

Great 4/26/2005

When we had a problem with ants and bees outside our house we called Magic to come and help us. They came out almost immediately and checked over the house rather than just start spraying, they made sure to do everything safely since we have 2 small children and they also let us pay them in two installments even though it did not cost a lot of money PROS: Quick service CONS: none more
