I am very pleased with the way they handled my visit. Even though the tow truck arrived a little late, I was pleasantly surprised to see auto repair business with this much customer service. My car was fixed within two days and the price was good. They chose less expensive repair to fit my budjet. I am very happy and trust them with all my heart. more

very happy with mercedes repair 10/16/2007

A&M auto repair in Bellevue did an outstanding job on my Mercedes S420. My friend recommended A&M automotive after they saved him a lot of money over the dealer price when he came in with the head gasket problem on his BMW 525i. The service I got was outstanding and A&M repaired my Mercedes transmission when everyone I talked to said it needs to be replaced.I am very pleased and also will recommend A&M auto in Bellevue to everyone I know that needs service on any Vehicle like Mercedes or BMW. They also service Audi and Volkswagen as well as Japanese makes and models wich is good to know because we have a honda and toyota that needs to be repaired. Good Job Guys. more

very good service and great price!!! My 2001 Mercedes was at the dealer and they recommended 6,000.00 transmission replacement. A&M did it for 3500.00 Thanks. more

A&M Automotive gets an F&F for quality 6/30/2006

A&M Automotive in Factoria, Washington provided me with an AWFUL and INCORRECT diagnosis. They said that I would need to replace my engine at a cost of $3,000+. I opted for a second opinion. I am lucky that I did as the car had some minor fixes (under $300, including brakes, exhaust, and minor check-ups). Other than this cost, I have driven my car for almost 2 years since first visiting A&M. I recommend AGAINST A&M Automotive. They receive an F from me. They also receive an "F" from another friend who took their car to them. Their customer service is GREAT, but their knowledge of automobiles is AWFUL. A&M deserves an F&F grade. more
