A&M Automotive in Factoria, Washington provided me with an AWFUL and INCORRECT diagnosis.
They said that I would need to replace my engine at a cost of $3,000+. I opted for a second opinion. I am lucky that I did as the car had some minor fixes (under $300, including brakes, exhaust, and minor check-ups). Other than this cost, I have driven my car for almost 2 years since first visiting A&M.
I recommend AGAINST A&M Automotive. They receive an F from me.
They also receive an "F" from another friend who took their car to them. Their customer service is GREAT, but their knowledge of automobiles is AWFUL.
A&M deserves an F&F grade.
