Worst customer service ever received 1/20/2009

Luv homes out of Tulsa, Oklahoma has the worst customer service I think I have ever received. After giving them both mine, and my husbands info to comlplete a loan app, I have yet to hear back from them. They will not return my calls and I was placed on hold for 30 minutes before being disconnected. I am afraid they are a big ol scam. :( Pros: None that I have seen Cons: They will talk to you long enough to get your personal info and then never get back with you..scary... more

Luv Homes Is Awesome!!!!! 6/23/2005

After hearing know from everyone in town, Luv homes said yes. All i needed was my own property and Bingo! I had a house, even with bad credit. My Sales person was a tremendous help and now I'm a Homeowner! Thankyou! Pros: easy financing, great homes, good service more
