Lindy's Landing

Have been there many times since they remodeled. The place looks great. The bar is very nice. Food is very expensive and portions are fairly small for the price. I will say the staff we have had is good. We have eaten there about 5 times. Every time has been a HUGE disappointment. They offer things on their item that they do not have. I have been there 2 times when they are out of french fries so you get chips with your burger? Reuben Special at 12 noon and they are out of Reubens? Left and went to the other place which was cheaper anyway. Prime Rib - So thin you could almost read a paper through it. Complained and got another piece which was acceptable. Should have never been served that way to begin with. The waitress was also a little surprised. more

We had a wonderful time , great food , gread views , on the lake. You can pull up your boat and order food and they will bring it out to you . Service was outstanding , great bands! Must go! Pros: Has it all - sports bar / beach area / Dining area more

We had dinner last night at Lindy's Landing. last night we had the WORST EXPERIENCE! My friend found a piece of white plastic (it had the appearance of a tip of a fake nail) in her burger! We complained about it and the OWNER (a woman) basically blamed us and that there was no way that could of been there. In fact she said that it was probably plastic from a ketchup bottle! She told us she will take care of it. When it was time to pay, she deducted $2.00 of our 55 dollar bill!!! That was a slap on the face! I asked to speak to her and she said she couldn't do anything about it.The only thing she could do was deduct another $2.00. I, as many of you might feel that we should not had to pay for food that had plastic. Needless, to say I will never RETURN TO THIS PLACE. The owner obviously didn't care about losing us as... customers! My weekly visits to this place are long gone; I would rather spend my money in another place where they take care of their customers! Food: Very Good. I had the Steak Churrasco. It had a wonderful flavor that was complimented well by the sweet potato mash. Others had Black 'n Blue Tuna and Herb & Rock Salt Roasted Prime Rib, I made the best choice. The Tuna was a little mushy and the prime rib was chewy. We started with Steamed mussels, very good. more

When I want to go for a nice meal out, I think of Lindy's Landing! Not only is the food (everything I've tried from pizza to pasta to burgers) amazing, but the staff, management and atmosphere are the best you'll find! The management is all related and everytime I'm there, they definitely make sure you're enjoying your dining experience! I'd also like to say that the gentleman who wrote the previous review should look over his review before posting it on here and talking bad about people if in turn, he doesn't even know the english language well enough to write a review! Next time you want to go out for a nice dinner out, go to Lindy's Landing...you will be glad you did! Pros: Everything! Cons: None! more
