I trust their diagnostics and what they do! 5/17/2012

I'm a physician and I guess I appreciated Lindorf's Import Service Inc's extreme professionalism in the way they approached their work, diagnostics, and even their warranty on their work. Comparing to my experience in the past with other mechanics, and especially dealerships, I do trust Lindorf's very much with what they say and do. They have done pretty much everything for my vehicles. My wife and I both take our vehicles over for a routine service, including major work recommended by the manufacturer as well as problem areas when it's not running right. If I have a question about a noise, Lindorf's is quite helpful, and they listen to what I say. I trust their diagnostics and what they do! more

I am a repeat customer with Lindorf's Import Service. Every time I take a car in they look at it, explain what needs fixing, give a cost estimate, and let me make the choice. They never try to get me to fix something that does not need fixing. I have taken a number of different issues to them. The issues they have fixed for me have never come up as repeat issues. more

16+ years, honest service 4/5/2012

I've been using Lindorf's Imports since they took over the shop from Otto. I've been very happy with their reliability and honest. I always know what I'm getting into with them. I just wish I could find a shop in town as reliable to work on my domestic truck. more

I like the quality of the work!! 1/3/2012

I'm a very loyal customer of Lindorf's Import Service Inc. They do a good job. They took care of my Volvo for a long time and I asked recommendations for a new car that Lindorf's Import Service Inc. could specifically take care of. I've now had a Subaru for less than a year now. I believe in independent shops. Lindorf's Import Service is small scale because they have a limited number of people who can work on the car, which affects how fast things get turned around. I understand this, and if you want it to be faster, go to a bigger place. I like the quality of the work at Lindorf's. I try to schedule ahead and try not to have car emergencies. I know there are tough economic goings in Medford so I am one of their loyal clientele. Keri Wu more

I went in to Lindorf's Import Service and Greg was there to take care of me right away. He fixed the problem, then he made arrangements for me to pick up the car after house because he did not want the car left out over night, which was very kind of him. Give Greg a gold star. more

A Real Gem! 8/16/2011

Lindforf's is one of the most honest and reputable auto repair shops I have ever dealt with. When I lived in California, I took my BMW to the BMW dealership where I was routinely overcharged and treated poorly. When I moved to Southern Oregon 5 years ago, I said, "To heck with the dealership" and decided to give Lindorf's a chance. I was not sorry. My car had major issues and Lindorf dealt with them in an excellent manor. Donna always provides great customer service with her detailed explanations and friendly attitude. Greg, their top mechanic, is a calm and reassuring Zen-like master who can fix almost any problem. I have been very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them! more

After years of taking my Mazda to the dealer for maintenance, a friend recommended Lindorf's as a superior alternative. I'm extremely grateful. Since my first visit they've been terrific. Honest and thorough, steering me away from unnecessary repair, and doing an excellent job on the work my Miata actually needs. The car has never run better. The best mechanic ever!!! 7/13/2011

Lithia Toyota told me I needed a new engine for my 2004 Celica which I purchased from them a year earlier. The car has only 80K miles. They told me it would cost $4300. This seemed a bit excessive and unrealistic so I went to Lindorf's for a second opinion. The mechanic listed several things that could also cause the problems my car was having that were not as extreme. It turned out that Lithia was so far off the mark that I will never go back there ever, ever again and Lindorf's is now my BFF mechanic! more

Service Transmission Fluid Flush for Honda CR-V 7/11/2011

I contacted Lindorf's from reading other positive internet reviews. I spoke with Donna. I was having problems with Honda. The is issue I was having was vehicle wasn't shifting properly I asked for quote on service. Donna gave me a rough estimate very reasonably priced for service. They completed it on time within quoted price. I haven't had any shifting problems since service was done. Mechanic said the transmission was overfilled. I would recommend them to others. more

The best and most honest shop in town 5/6/2011

I have taken my 2004 Volvo XC70 to Lindorf's for years.I use to go to other shop but found them nothing like Lindorf's.Donna goes out of her way to fine you the best price's on parts and the quote she gives you is what you pay no surprise when you go pick up your car.Thanks more
