Emergency call for AC 6/24/2013

I have been a customer for close to six years and have always received excellent service and my last experience is just another example of Limric's professional and courteous service. When my ac stopped working, I picked up the phone to call for emergency service and noticed a Limric truck in my neighbor's driveway (whom I had referred to Limric). I asked the technician if he could help me and after finishing with my neighbor came to my house at 8:00 pm and got my ac running and left at 10:00 pm. Thank you, James! I then worked with the office explaining the problem I was having and management was patient and assured me they would get right on it, which they did. Thank you, Mark! My technician came out and very patiently listened to the history of my unit, inspected my unit, found the problem, and took care of everything on my behalf. Thank you, thank you, thank you Tony!!! I have referred Limric many times and realize how fortunate I am to have Limric, a professional, courteous and honest company, serve me. more

I am pleased to write this review about my encounter with Ryan, a service technician from LimRic. I am so disappointed I did not get his last name! Our AC quit cooling last night and when my husband called the company he was told someone would be at the house after 12. That did not seem unreasonable to me and I was actually prepared to wait for hours after 12. First pleasant surprise, Ryan pulled up in the yard shortly after 12. Second wonderful surprise, he was knowledgeable about the problem and was diagnosed it quickly. The price was fair and best of all before I knew it he was already done! It is 1:30 and my house is cooling back down. Ryan is engaging and friendly, he seemed absolutely honest, and made sure I could see the problem and understand what he needed to do to get it fixed. He told me the price up front and there were no hidden costs and I am THRILLED with the service I received today. Ryan is a genuinely nice person and an asset to this company. Thank you LimRic for fast response time, and thank you Ryan for your professionalism and service. We have been customers of this company for over 16 years and I am pleased to say their customer service is exceptional. more

ok visit but not a 10 6/10/2013

Came on time but the technician left the light on in a bedroom that is not used and also left the li ght on in the attic where the unit is located. I only discovered after it became dark. The light in the attic might not have been discovered for days. This was careless. BJ showed up to light our water heater at 7pm upon very short notice, after a mishap with waiting for another service provider who failed to show. Upon finding the water heater in poor condition, barely serviceable he provided knowledgeable recommendations, and we decided to replace it with a tankless system. The price he initially quoted was very close to the the final price. System was replaced efficiently, two business days later and we were very pleased with BJ and his assistant. The only recommendation we would make is: perhaps let your customers try to source systems on their own, as knowledgeable consumers are quite savvy about looking up prices in e-commerce society. more

I spoke to LimRic at 8:30 am. They had a technician at my house 30 minutes after the window time frame. He only took 30 minutes from start to finish. He was late but he was quick and effecient. And... 5/20/2013

another extraordinary experience 4/30/2013

We requested Michael Voci to come to our home and evaluate an air conditioning system which was inoperable. I am always amazed at this gentleman. The quality of his performance, his superior knowledge, and his kindness and willingness to help and inform and satisfy is unique in our experience. This is our second experience with Lim.Ric. After our first very positive experience with Michael Voci for a service back in January, I specifically requested Michael to Diagnose our equipment. He is a very polite, well spoken, well mannered young man. He is extremely knowledgeable and is most informative about the equipment we have as well as letting us know about new and exciting "State of the Art " equipment that Lim.Ric now has available ~ for upgrading what we have, as well as add on equipment. He does this without being pushy or making you feel like you can't trust what he says/diagnoses because you think he is trying to sell you equipment. A fine and delicate balance. Excellent customer experience 4/20/2013

I use Lim Ric for my heating/air service and have the service plan so every 6 months my units are inspected. The service technicians are always professional and thorough, but this particular visit was an excellent experience. The service technician went out of his way to explain the system components, and he also took the time to help re-assure my nervous rescue dog to allow for the work inside my house to be completed without any issues.
