Service above and beyond 4/26/2011

Ruined a tire on a massive pothole. Limped into Les Schwab Cheney. As my car has a low profile odd sized tire I thought I was not going to have the best day. They didnt have a match but something that was very close. Got me right in and done in no time. Went to pay (which I was expecting a hefty bill) and was told I owed nothing. Shocked to say the least. So I figure the least I could do is pass on this rare and exceptional service for others to hear. more

Les Schwab in Cheney was some of the best customer service I have ever had. I once got three flat tires in about a month and they always repaired them immediately for free with no questions asked. more
