It really does not get any worse that Laviano. I am passionate about fine time pieces and against my better judgement visited this establishment. The owner was rude, condescending and downright brazen. After I left I could not even believe how I was mistreated. I do not trust them and will never be returning! more

The absolute friendliest people and greatest service! I dropped my engagement ring off to be sized and was told that it typically takes about a week which is normal for most jewelers. I explained that I would like to get it back by the weekend if possible, they told me they would see what they could do. To my amazement I get a call 3hrs after dropping off my ring letting me know it was ready! NO EXTRA CHARGE! I know where I will be bringing all of my business in the future. more

Jeffrey and his team are very knowledgeable about the jewelry business and will surely help you find exactly what you need. My experience with this jeweler is that they provide very unique pieces and I would recommend the business before any other. AA++ Service! more

Terrific Find 12/20/2011

What a terrific find. The staff could not be nicer or more professional. They repaired my watch (and provided me with some tips and instructions on how to keep it running without issues) and several pieces of jewelry that had been sitting around my apartment for some time because I had no idea where to take them. They did a terrific job on all of the repairs and charged me a very reasonable price. I recommend Laviano Jewelers without any reservation! more

Superior Quality & Service 12/13/2011

I was recently in LaViano's taking yet another member of my family, my brother, to purchase an engagement ring as a surprise for his soon-to-be fiancee. While talking with the manager there, I had to stop and think how many years my husband and I have been coming here for our own jewelry and bringing friends and family as well. My husband purchased my wedding set in 1988 which means we have been coming here for 22 years. We learned about LaViano from a police officer who worked with both of us. They took such good care of us on that initial visit so we were certain to pass on the LaViano name to additional friends who were looking at wedding/anniversary jewelry. more
