Visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. Very busy, but we were seated promptly. To me, the chips and salsa are always an indicator of whether the food is going to be good or not. Chips and salsa passed the test with flying colors. I ordered a basic bean and cheese burrito, which was absolutely delicious. Prices were great, though the service was just OK. Please do not be deterred by the outside of the restaurant...it doesn't look fantastic, but the food is. Bathrooms were kind of icky--dark, small, not very clean.
Pros: food, prices
Cons: not appealing on the outside, icky bathroom, service was so-so
