I have been seeing Dr. Giberson for over 15 years and he is nothing, but a perfectionist! However, I am very unhappy with the front desk assistant Shahla. I called the office FOUR times and she put me on hold every time without getting back to me. When I came in for my appointment, Shahla was chatting online and on facebook, which is very unprofessional and rude. I have heard many negative things about her from other patients also. As long as she will be working at this office, I will not be coming to see Dr. Giberson anymore. I am also going to transfer my husband, all my children and my sister’s family to another dentist.
