Excellent towing service 10/11/2009

We broke down coming of I-95 with a failed fuel pump. AAA sent Kelly's service. We let them take us to their repair shop. The owner (Rick) and his staff good care and my family and our car. Got us back on the road the same afternoon. It was greatly appreciated considering the situation we were in. Pros: Took good car of my car and family more

Be sure you take pictures of damage before the vehicle is towed. 2/19/2009

The driver of the tow truck caused more damage to my car after he attempted to pull the car onto the flatbed. His tow truck apparently was stocked with defective tools for proper care for customers. After the owner was confronted about the extra damage, the driver lied and the owner's last words were ""take me to court"". Luckily I have photos and witnesses on my end. I will rate this one star because the driver really wanted to help even though he did not think things through. more

Buyer beware 4/15/2008

I called AAA and Kelly's was the assigned towing service. When the driver ""Kyle"" arrived, he convinced me that the best thing to do was to let him cancel the AAA call and tow it back to his lot rather than the insurance-approved facility. He said this way the insurance company would pick up the bill and insurance adjusters would look at it quicker. In fact, it took longer to get my car looked at than if I had dropped it off at the body shop. And the total tow charge was $465 ? this was for towing from the accident scene to Kelly?s lot, storage, and then towing to the body shop! more

Wouldn't Tow to Garage after car accident...Towed to their lot only. 11/7/2007

Kelly's wouldn't tow the car to the body shop from the accident scene. Said they wanted payment in full to do so, even though an active claim had been filed already with PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE. They knew the insurance company was going to pay since their client's car slammed our car from behind. Kelly's also advised that they will charge for storage until the claims adjuster handed them a check & only then would they tow to the bodyshop. CALL FLETCHERS TOWING IF YOU NEED A TOW!!! more
