Sergei, Thanks for the wonderful bathroom remodel. It couldn't have turned out any better. Your design team worked with my wife to draw up the plans and selected the colors, accessories and timeline. Your crew did a flawless job removing the old and installing the new. The tiling is really a work of art. We love the new bathroom. Its modern and up to date as well as appears bigger and more open. Kaminskiy Construction Inc. is truly ""One Company That Does It All"". When they came out to my house, we had a whole list of things that needed to be done. Our estimator was polite and took the time to walk us through the entire process. Then he submitted the quote and had someone come out within one day to start work on our project. The technician did everything from plumbing and electrical to drywall repair and painting. Kaminskiy Construction Inc. performed a complete remodel on our pharmacy building in Oceanside, CA. This company knows how to get a remodel done fast, efficient and with great craftsmanship! We are the property managers for this building and have worked with many contractors in the past. Kaminskiy Construction Inc. by far exceeds all of the previous contractors in timeliness, quality of work, work ethics and cost. We will be using them again soon. Kaminskiy Construction Inc. did a fantastic job for us on our condo remodel. We live in the Mid West and own a vacation home in La Jolla. The entire project was a blast! They communicated via email to show progress throughout the entire remodel and when we actually got to see the place completed it was nothing short of great craftsmanship. I would use Kaminskiy Construction Inc. again and will refer them to our friends and family. Pros: Very punctual, efficient and great craftsmanship. Cons: We were happy with everything. more

Over budget, busted schedule, very poor craftsmanship, billed for the same work twice, billed for work not performed, used occupants personal tools to perform work, performed work that was not authorized and when they came out to repair there repairs the quality was constantly poor! And now they are suing us for not paying them ~15% of the total erroneous bill. They really don't even deserve a full star... Pros: They put forward a very professional image. Cons: Their image is just an image! What they say is not what they do! more
