Hello\r I am sorry to see some of the reviews of Jumpin Jeepers. As of September 1st of 2008 Jumpin Jeepers was purchased and is under new ownership. It is family owned and run. There has already been some changes and many more amazing things to come! Being a parent of 2 myself and my brother just becoming a father, we realize the importance of cleanliness and customer service. We are creating a family fun center where parents will want to have us host their childrens parties. My wife has put together new party packages that are more accomodating. Most of all we want to make Jumpin' Jeepers a safe, fun environment where people enjoy bringing their family. In regards to the current website, we do not have control of it at this time, but we're in the process of acquiring it and making it better than ever! We recently had a birthday party for my son here. The room wasn't ready when we showed up. There wasn't enough quarters for the party guests (each was supposed to get 10, but the girl who was trying to set up the cups could only count to 8!) and we had to wait for them to go to the bank to get more. Meanwhile, kids kept coming up and asking me for money. \r The pizza was HORRIBLE. It wasn't pizza pie, it was frozen ""Elio's"" pizza. They brought it out uncooked on bottom and burnt on top. The kids hated it! Even the adults were complaining. There was only one cup of juice per child. We were supposed to pay for them to have a drink with their cake! The party package clearly stated ""bowls of popcorn."" There was only 1 bowl of popcorn on the table. We kept asking for more. At the end of the party, the owner tried to make us pay extra for the other bowls of popcorn! I told her the ad said bowls of popcorn and her reply was that it wasn't unlimited?!?! Last I checked ""bowls"" meant more than one. \r Also, parents were complaining to me that there was no hostess (which my package was supposed to include). The owner was too busy taking care of her children to actually make sure everything was running ok. I was the one who kept cleaning up after the pizza and juice and making sure the kids came in and ate when they were supposed to. My family had to keep asking for cups for the drinks and the owner had the nerve to say ""You need more? I just gave your mother some before."" I replied ""Maybe we're eating them"" after all, they probably were better than the pizza!\r On top of all that, the package does not include tax and gratuity. Imagine having to pay a tip on something that was run so poorly. I had more stress from this party than any other one I have ever given for my children.\r The place may be fun for kids to go and play at, but the party was TERRIBLE!!\r Pros: Kids loved the games (when they were given money) Cons: Poorly run. We had a great birthday party for our 7 year old and 30 of his and our friends on Sat March 15th. Clean organized, friendly enviroment. Food was delicious. We had great pizza, vegetable platter and great wings. The kids had a great time. There are some new games the kids enjoyed and the staff was so friendly. Great job Guys We'll see you very soon. more

This review is current.\r \r I had a party there and I thought it was the worst party EVER! All I kept thinking was, what a terrible party I had paid for!!! What a waste of money!!! The pizza was burnt and hard as a rock. We had to repeatly ask for the other food that was ordered and paid for. By the time we got it, no one wanted to eat it because it looked so horrible that we had lost our appetite. When the cake came out the hostess DROPPED the cake on the birthday boy and all over a 4 month old baby. It was just a nightmare. The purpose was to have a good time but the birthday boy was crying along with the baby. Everyone was upset and unhappy. I had cake all in my shoes. I had to go bare foot!!!! I tried to clean up in their bathroom which along with the smell was DIS-GUST-ING!! Some of the invited guests tried to speak to the manager or owner. The owner did not even seemed to care and I did not think the apology was sincere. All I got was an apology!! The children did not even receive any goodie bags. Since the birthday boy is young, hopefully in time he will forget this awful experience.\r \r I would not recomend this place to anyone to have a party or otherwise. I will never go back to this place EVER! more

Just moved to putnam county and had my child's birthday party there. He turned 6 and loved it. Rides and games, redemption toys,nothing like that around here. Only regret is that I didn't book arlier, would have like tohave gotten a different day. My advice is book early, they fill up fast, especially as the weather starts to get colder. Pros: great place and atmosphere Cons: must book early more
