First, they wanted a referral when one was not needed with the insurance company. Then after having to get referred and wait to get the appointment it ened up being 2-3 weeks.
So we arrived for the appt and were told that the power had just gone out and came back on right before we got there. It had knocked out their computers and phones, so we were told that we could wait a few minutes. After waiting about 30 minutes, we were told to leave and they would call us to reschedule. They apparently care much more about $$$$$$ than they do their clients!!!!!! This was the first visit for migraines that had become frequent. But they could have cared less!!!
So if their computers or phones don't work, I guess their doctors go mute. Seriously, we still could have spoken with the doctor, would it have killed them?!!!! They had already made a copy of the insurance card and ID. We never got a call from them, instead they sent a letter giving us a new appt (which we cancelled). They're definitely all about their convenience and don't care about yours! The morals of this office is unacceptable!!!!
