First, they wanted a referral when one was not needed with the insurance company. Then after having to get referred and wait to get the appointment it ened up being 2-3 weeks. So we arrived for the appt and were told that the power had just gone out and came back on right before we got there. It had knocked out their computers and phones, so we were told that we could wait a few minutes. After waiting about 30 minutes, we were told to leave and they would call us to reschedule. They apparently care much more about $$$$$$ than they do their clients!!!!!! This was the first visit for migraines that had become frequent. But they could have cared less!!! So if their computers or phones don't work, I guess their doctors go mute. Seriously, we still could have spoken with the doctor, would it have killed them?!!!! They had already made a copy of the insurance card and ID. We never got a call from them, instead they sent a letter giving us a new appt (which we cancelled). They're definitely all about their convenience and don't care about yours! The morals of this office is unacceptable!!!! more

The doctor I saw acted like he was just so much better than me, he was snotty and insulted my children while I was there which made me go home and cry. He pretty much in so many words called me a liar and a druggie!\r He was insensitive and did not even listen to what I had to say. He just told me what he thought and walked out! He was rude, his staff was rude and they screwed my appointments up and blamed it on the hospital. This was the worst experience ever and I will never go back. I would rather drive to Charlotte and walk on a bed of nails than go back there. Do not put yourself through the hell!!! Go somewhere else!!!!!! Pros: There is none! Cons: Everything!!! more
