First Time Customer 7/31/2012

While meeting him for the first time upon a free estimation, my first impression of him was"TRUST." Jeff worked on my 08 Cadillac CTS, and might I say did an excellent job fixing the coolant leak. He's very honest and provides the best options and decisions. He gained another customer and will definitely return to him for future mechanical problems. Good Job Jeff, keep up the good work! I have been going to Jeff for over 17 years. He is the only one I trust with my cars. Always honest and up front with issues. My daughter is at drving age and Jeff is the only auto service she knows. more

dropped off my nissan sentra to check the brakes. 7/9/2012

The owner was friendly and kept me informed of where he was on getting to my vehicle. He then contacted me, explaining that there were no issues with the brakes and that there was probably 25k mikes left on the pads. Not only was he honest with me, but he also did not charge me for inspecting the brakes. My stepfather trusts jeff, and now I do to. I would definitely recommend his shop to friends and family. more

Saved me again 7/9/2012

I made the mistake of letting another shop touch my car... they told me I needed an alignment to fix some loud road noise and vibration. They took my money and the problem remained. Jeff took one look and identified the issue and repaired it. It was a safety concern and the other shop didn't even care. Jeff saved the day again! more

Serpentine Belt Replacement 6/25/2012

Jeff gave me a quote on the price and the time it would take to fix the problem. He finished the job before schedule and it cost what he had quoted. He has great customer service and really takes the time to explain what needs to be done to the vehicle. more

I think he's the best and most honest mechanic in the area and probably in Chicagoland. Work is exceptional. Don't think I'll ever use another auto shop. more

Thanks Jeff, my wife's clutch was going out after 12 years and I checked several shops, he was able to beat the best price by several hundred dollars. His shop is a little further for me but worth the drive for the great service! Thanks Jeff! more

I will start out by saying that Jeff is very honest, good at what he does, and charges a fair price. I booked through Genbook and showed up for my Appt. only to find that Jeff had to leave early. I left my contact information and was never called back. I then setup another Appt. on Genbook, and nobody answered the phone to confirm my Appt. Lastly I called and someone answered and told me that Jeff was picking up some parts and he would call me back, but no call? I had to take my car to dealer. more

Honest - fair - fast - extremely fast- clean nice waiting room! 1/27/2012

Jeff has worked on two cars and checked a used purchased out. He is up front about times and work cost. Love the online appointment set up. All work has been great and he has been wonderful to work with. Waiting room is clean and very comfortable - for kids and adults! Given out a couple of his cards to friends. more
