Jeff & Diana's Pool Svc

Interesting how the two 5 star reviews have the same grammarical errors. I am livid with Jeff & Diane's ""pool service"". Jeff was called out on a warranty for one of my customers in Yorba Linda and ended up gouging them $13,000.00 for new pool equipmpent they did not need. He gave them one verbal price and later handed them a bill for $13,000!!!! When they quesitoned it he gave them an attitude. They paid under duress. I am embarrassed people like this are in the pool business. A home warranty is an INSURANCE policy which covers all the pool and spa equipment for a deductible of $45.00. I am going to file a complaint against his license. He did not provide them with a written estimate, they did not sign for this and have been overcharged by almost double. I've been in the pool industry for near 20 years and I'm disgusted this "company" has a license. We are reporting Jeff to the Orange County District Attorney's office for fraud, the department of consumer affairs and the California State License Board for unlicensed activity. He outright lied to my customer and stated he was licensed. Then, he called our company claiming he was this customer. The customer is proceeding with pressing charges. And for the record WE ARE SERVICING HIS POOL WEEKLY despite the fact he has commented on a review stating the customer is not mad and he is cleaning the pool. This clown cannot be trusted and we will be sure he is prosecuted for fraud. more

i was having a pool party in two days for my daugter.\r i turned on the equipment to the pool and nothing.\r i called jeff he answered the phone himself which\r is rair nowaddays.\r he came out that same day gave me an estimate\r on the repair needed.\r and i called him that evening to do the job he came out the next day and installed the pump. and he even offered to clean the pool since it hasnt been running.\r in a couple of days, i just want to say thanks for everything janet .p Pros: professional more

I was having a flow issue with my pool pump and my poolman Jeff could not figure it out and get this, he sold my account!! and told the guy he sold my account to that the pool could not be vacuumed, just brush and net it only- WHAT????. Luckily, the guy who bought the account called Orange County Pool & Spa in Yorba Linda and they figured it out and fixed it. Now, my pool gets vacuumed every week without excuses. Cons: limited knowledge more

I was very disappointed with their service. Right away after starting the cleaning service they convinced me to do all this work on the pool which probably wasn't necessary. And the work was shoddy. I had them replace some pool tiles and they look horrible. I could have done better job myself. more

They completed work on our pool equipment that was not authorized. Then submitted an invoice for $1,000.00. Who does this to someone. It is just wrong, no conscience. more
