Please take your tax dollars somewhere else! 2/27/2011

As a former employee, I know that this franchise overcharges, picks and chooses when to honor their discount policy and is poorly managed and organized. When I honored the $50 Dare to Compare discount for a customer this season, the owners took the discount out of my paycheck and said I should not have honored it. It saved the customer $350 and my boss did NOT like that. I beg you to take your dollars to an in independent preparer...someone who cares about you! more
