JSMN: JSMN and all his companies are not fraud. Thota is a very fair person. He help me and also my husband out of the way as no other company would have done that. They never missed to deposit my salsry or to pay the overtime amount.I am with this company from apst 4+ years and they did not give any chance to complaint them.People forget them who help us when we are in need of it and they remember even the small mistakes who helped them.\r Many of you siad its a fraud , worthless but i say its the best company i have evre see. Mr.Thota, he is a great person . Any time you call him he will give you the response, i have not seen anyone like him who care for his employees.\r I request everyone that dont belive who say that JSMN and companies are fraud. more

I was with JSMN for a While. They fed on my Sweat until the last of my working. Now I am in a situation of Losing my H1B status and Leave the USA. Because , None of them informed me about the crisis going on in the JSMN. I did not get my H1B Extension Successful. I Heard, There are internal Problems regarding , Payment of Taxes to the Labor Department, IRS . Complaints about , not having Direct Clients, and Not having enough area office to accomodate 350+ employees. Basically , I believe Mr . THota is a nice guy, but He fell prey for "" Durasha Dunkhaniki Chetu "". I am trying to stay back here hard but, Looks like all doors closing. I cannot afford to go to college back again. I have been working in this company for more than two years. The owner of the company Thota is a incompetent fellow. His foundation is ability to speak lies, he has no qualms to tell lies to everybody. He acts like a gentleman in front of new recruits, once they start generating money he will show the real face. Whatever emails you send or phone calls you make he and his staff will be like a buffalo very difficult to get things done. They will never pay overtime wages. Overcrowded and stinking guest houses. Incompetent and dishonest marketing people. Little or no management. I have plenty to say when it comes to not so good things about the company. Mr.Ravinder Thota is a big fraud. Anything that is unlawful and unethical is being done here. Salary payments are never on time. They don?t take into account how many extra hours have you worked and never make the payments accordingly. JSMN owes me my money since long now and getting money from them is even worse than chasing the hen. No matter how many assertive and definite emails you send in or how many phone calls you make they give a damn to you. The staff is highly inadequate and incompetent. The worse is the VP himself. He is not a good professional but really a notorious politician. I am waiting for the right time and the right opportunity to leave this company for good, never to come back again. I had the worst experience of my life while interacting with the most unprofessional people in the world at JSMN. Mr Thota appears to be a nice person when you are a potential candidate. Once you pay him for your application the entire firm starts acting pricey and rude. The firm hires students to do e-filing of H1 petitions after taking money from the candidates. The office screws up badly and the initial petition is filed inaccurately resluting into lots of queries from USCIS. \r Mr. Thota as his office staff describes is a loud mouth and a man of foul words. He does not even know how to treat his own staff with respect leave alone his clients. \r This firm has screwed my career and I request each and every one of you please do not liaise with this Company on any account. This employer is a Big FRAUD and I will warn anyone about working in this company.Mr Thota sounds nice intially when u r a prospective employee but once u r an employee U R Stuck...He is very rude ,uses foul languange on phone,dosent respond,dosent answer anything,dosent pay ,very useless company..We suffered a lot of trauma in the hands of this man and his company.PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN AND HIS COMPANY.This is a genuine request to my fellow professionals..Its better to stay in India and earn less money than get sucked by this guy.. Good Things.\r JSMN's boss Mr. Ravindra is a very good person. JSMN is not a greedy company. Fairly well run.\r \r Bad Things\r JSMN International means no visa stamping. Has very bad name with INS. With JSMN International you will need to be extremely lucky(25% chance) to get stamping in Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Calcutta and now even in Canada and Mexico. JSMN International got too many queries for Labor and GC process. Nowadays lot of University students are being recruited, my advice is with JSMN you will have really hard time getting visa for you, your spouse and parent/in-laws in future. The reason being it became too notable by filing tonnes of visa in the past few years, they got almost same amount of visa as Intel and other multinamtionals from New Jersey.
