Worst

Took my car in for a courtesy oil change as my previous experience with Interstate was less than pleasent. The technician noted that the two drivers side tires had sidewall bulges...

The Extra Mile! 2/28/2013

I stopped by to pick up some wiper blades, and they did not have the size that goes on the back window. I figured I'd just get that one somewhere else, BUT NO! To my surprise, they persevered and chased down the hard to find blade for me -- saving me time and money. Thoughtful, professional, convenient, what a great place to do business. more

Alignment issue with my 06 mustang 12/8/2012

The car pulled to the left when I bought it used. & I had it aligned twice at Belled tire and they could nt correct it. Interstate found the cause in less than 10 minutes. Now it drives perfectly straight without pulling. more

Oil Change 12/5/2012

Oil change went well although I found out I need some other repairs, no money for that yet. Casey was very nice and explained everything to me about the repairs. more

Committment to excellence, honest assessment of repair needs. 9/29/2012

Interstae Auto Care is absolutely one of the best if not the best auto repair shops in Michigan. They're courteous, make every effort to help you understand your auto maintenance and repair needs, will not recommend "fixing" your car if it's not broke; and when repairs or maintenance is performed, it is done right. Check them out...you will be glad you did! more

Good people 2/10/2011

I have been a customer of their's for a few years now and I have recommended them to many of my friends and family because they have proven time and time again that they are trustworthy. One of the things that I realy appreciated was when I had a problem with my alternator failing after they had replaced it 6 months prior. I called them up and they appologised for my inconvenience. They towed my car back to the shop, replaced my alternator under warranty and picked me up from my house to get my car all in the same day. more

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Bill and company for over 5 years now and I can't say enough about how these guys do business. I have stopped counting how many times they have saved my butt over the years. They have proven themselves time and time again. more
