08/17/11 update - We returned for the weekday luncheon buffet this past Wednesday and were again amazed at the quality and breadth of this buffet. Every dish we sampled was excellent. Highly recommended.
This is without a doubt the best Indian buffet in the state. We have dined there a total of 5-6 times even though it is a 20 plus mile trek for us. The breadth and depth of the buffet is amazing and on each visit we find new dishes to try.
When my wife recently asked where I would like to dine on my birthday, I did not hesitate in choosing Indigo. The buffet changes dailyand you can go to their facebook page to find out the main dishes being offered, but it really doesn't matter because everything is delicious. I have eaten at dozens of buffets from Boston to the west coast and Indigo sets the standard in terms of breadth and quality.
This day's highlights included Murgh Do Pyaza, Murgh Mugulai Kebab, Paneer Kurchan and Avial.
