Above average IHOP 11/21/2006

I have been to quite a few IHOP restaurants throughout the state and I think that the one in Chico is a bit above average. The service is fast and the food has been pretty good. The best thing about IHOP though is the price. It's a great place to grab breakfast on the weekends when a lot of the other spots in Chico have long waits. Pros: fast, in-expensive more
