I love Hot Rosita's 7/19/2010

When Hot Rosita's opened this past winter downtown, it filled a void for mexican/southwestern food. My friends and I go there often. Their food is always great. Even though there's mostly always a waiting line, they have so many servers on their food line, that we rarely have to wait more than 10 to 15 minutes. Believe me, it's worth the wait.You can see the cooks cooking everything in front of you fresh. Great addition to the downtown area. Pros: Delicious fresh food more
