hardworking plumbers 10/4/2010

I had some plumbing work done a few weeks ago, and let me say I was very pleased! His name is Steve and he was one of the most knowledgeable, courteous, hardworking guys I have seen. He took the time to go get parts and do a task that was unusual and required some thought. He also made sure the area was clean before leaving and that I was totally happy with the job. more

Horizon Services is the BEST 9/17/2010

I used to think all plumbers were alike until I called Horizon Services. They explained to me what it would cost before they started. They even used shoe covers and protected my floors with drop cloths more

Exceptional Technician 9/14/2010

Your technician, Doug, showed up when promised, in fact he beat ME home. Being a DIY guy, I very much need to know how things work and have lots of questions. This tends to annoy most service professionals; Doug, on the other hand, answered all my questions without ever seeming agitated or stopping what he was doing to talk (which is exceptional). He was courteous, careful, informative, respectful and completely trustworthy. He went above and beyond to do things as efficiently as possible while still taking the time to deal with me. I would recommend Horizon services to anyone that asks?and recommend they ask for Doug; he is an exceptional technician! more

Reliable Service 9/9/2010

When our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night, we called Horizon Services and they had a technician at our house within an hour. He diagnosed the problem, had the parts he needed right on his truck, and our furnace was back to normal within a couple of hours. more

I just had one of Horizon's technicians (Pat) here to do an A/C maintenance checkup. He couldn't have been more professional and pleasant to deal with. BAsed on this experience, I would not hesitate to contact Horizion again in the future. more

I have never had the degree of professionalism that I experience last week. Pat is a real asset to this company. If I was still owned a business I would hire him in a New York minute. Two technicians visited my home in response to a problem we're experiencing with a strong sewer odor in the powder room. While the problem unfortunately appears to be with the plumbing design that (hopefully) is covered under our home warranty, I want to pass along my feedback about the service I recieved. This is the second company we have had out to diagnose the problem and the first one to identify a problem with the second floor toilet drawing water from the first floor. I don't recall the names of the technicians that visited my home, but both were extremely courteous and informative. As a result of the information provided, we will have the township inspector out to verify if our home was built to code. I appreciate that we were not charged a couple hunred dollars for the visit (as we were by another company) and that the technicians took the time to identify a problem. I will not hesitate to recommend Horizon to friends and neighbors, and we will absolutely contact you for future plumbing or heating matters. Thank you for providing the services you advertise. more

Thank you for a job well-done 8/19/2010

Steve and Jeff were sent to us to install a new sump pump, crock, and drain line as the original drain in our basement stairwell had not been done properly by our builders, causing flooding in our basement during heavy rain. They worked tirelessly during our record-breaking heat, breaking through concrete, installing the new drainage system, then pouring new concrete outside on the landing and in our basement. As our basement is finished living space, we also appreciated their attention to detail in cleaning up all the debris caused by the repair work. They were courteous and professional and we appreciated their hard work under such strenuous conditions. Thank you for a job well-done. more
