Visiting Hillcrest Optometry was my worst optical store experience ever. The associate told me that I would NOT be given a refund if I was NOT satisfied with my glasses. What kind of return/satisfaction guaranteed policy is that? In addition, the associate was rude, terse, and ignored me throughout my visit, but was talkative and polite to white male and female customers. I tolerated the rude service, because I really need new glasses but the no returns policy was the straw that broke the camel's back. Highly recommended that potential non-white customers or customers desiring a fair return policy consider visiting elsewhere.
