They have 3 large chest-level dog tubs with easy to use sprayers. There's a safety tether to keep your dog from jumping, and a ladder to help larger dogs up into the tub. They provide the shampoo/conditioner, apron, one towel, and there's even a hair dryer. They clean everything up afterwards.
There's a sitting area if the tubs are occupied, plus a grooming corner if you need to give your pup a trim.
PROS: Convenient, friendly, knowlegeable staff
CONS: Prices by the pound, extra towels are an additional cost, waits on weekends
