DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I should have googled this company before I called. I received a coupon in the mail for duct cleaning, for $99. A man came to my home, around 8pm, looked in my basement and told me it would cost $500. I said no thank you. He then informed me that there was a $35 service charge. NO SERVICES WERE RENDERED! I told him no, I would not be paying that. He then refused to leave my home. I was home alone, and a little scared. I called the police. I haven?t had my ducts and vents cleaned in forever. House was full of dust; allergies were bothering my old parents. When I called this place, I wanted to do it as soon as possible, and they squeezed me in that same week and didn?t charge extra. Technician-guy arrived right on time. They give you a 2 hour window, and he got there in his window. I am used to seeing fat sweaty guys with their cracks out, but this guy was in a uniform, no older than 40 and he knew his thing. He explained what he is going to do, how he is going to clean our ducts, what effect it will have on air quality and our health. He saw my kitty and let me know, that while he will be working, it might get noisy beyond cat comfort level, and that there will be a front door open. So he suggested that I put her somewhere safe. I really appreciate that. I can?t imagine what would happen to my baby, If she ran out to the street. When the technician was done, he backtracked his way through my house and cleaned up. I could not believe it! Usually, if I have a plumber in, he just leaves his stuff. Another thing that made me happy was the price. I used their coupon and it turned out cheaper than I expected. In today?s economy I am trying to save on everything, and this company didn?t break my bank. I feel that the air is cleaner, fresher somehow now. My parents noticed that dust allergies have subsided.
