Forget The Bay Club!!! This place is a DUMP for what you pay. In comparison to other places in the Marina you get the least for your money at the Bay Club?trust me I did my research. Not only is the place completely run-down but management is run by Nazi's and they treat residents like trespassers . ANYWHERE else in the marina would be a better bet as far as ammenities, maintenance and value! Don't bother with Bay Club!!! Pros: Location Cons: management, amenities, appearance etc. more
