Poor customer service 3/14/2012

My vehicle was scheduled to be towed today 3/15/12 and I was assured by H and S Towing that I would get a call from them giving estimated time of vehicle pick up. I get a message at 8:00 AM that I did not retrieve until 8:30 AM that they were there for the vehicle. By the time I opened my front door the car was gone with some of my personal belongings still in it and my license plate sticking out of my mailbox. Anyone can slap my tags on any vehicle and be on their merry way and guess who is responsible for what happens with those tags? H and S Towing is not on my list of reputable towing services and should not be on yours. more

maniac driver/w a bad attitude 11/30/2011

don't know much about his towing capabilities but his driving is the worst i have ever seen.. no turn signals cuts people off flashes his headlights and speeds axcessively.. \r this is ridiculous to have people on the road like this.. if your drivers don't like to be on the road then give em a damm desk job or tell em where to go.. \r \r maybe all your drivers are not like this but i know of one who drives in the hershey / harrisburg area and surrounding who is absolutely an awful driver. whenever i see him on the road i pullover for i fear my life and the lives of my family members when he is on the road.\r more

Rude and dishonest 5/23/2011

The towing was fast and courteous. But their garage charges ridiculous prices for their parts and when they did a diagnostic on my van and found my problem was a fuel pump they drained my gas. When I chose to fix it myself their courteous attitude changed. They kept the 8 gallons of gas they drained from my tank and never returned it or credited me. Then their mechanic cussed me out over the phone when he was asked what happened to the gas. Don't go there it's not worth it. Find a company with honest employees. \r more

Prepare to get screwed 4/26/2010

If you get stranded on the PA Turnpike near Harrisburg, your fate is in their hands and they know it. Prepare to be double and triple-charged for parts and service. I attempted to inform them of this, and demanded to see their invoice for what the parts cost them, which resulted in them telling me they either repair it as quoted or have it towed somewhere else. I will be filing a report with the BBB as well as the PA Turnpike Service. Pros: Towing service was good and people were friendly. Cons: Pray you don't need repairs - you may need a loan. more

Worst service ever recieved 1/20/2009

Worst service ever recieved by our trucking company. Tow truck operator broke our air line while towing us off the turnpike. Refused to repair it. Refused to pay for the repair. Left truck and driver on the side of the road for 7 hours! Pros: only tow truck operator permitted to tow off the turnpike Cons: becuase they're the only one, they offer the worst service possible more
