I've been using Greenway Animal Clinic for over 10 years to see Dr. VanNess. He's been invaluable in treating a couple of our special needs dogs. He always makes sure we fully understand all of the treatment options to decide which would be the best and most conservative option for our pet. Everyone in the office is compassionate and kind. When our elderly Boston Terrier passed after fighting Cushing's Disease for a very long time the whole staff signed a beautiful card for us. It was really thoughtful. They really are the best! more

The staff at Greenway Animal Clinic is very nice and helpful. They are not overpriced & always ask before charging for a service. My experiences were always positive! more

GREAT vet! 4/8/2011

My husband took our miniature dachshund and Golden retriever puppy there for a routine check-up and some shots. She was competent, nice and accommodating. The waiting time was short and her rates are reasonable. We can definitely recommend her! more

The Best! 10/21/2008

I've been taking my pets to Greenway Animal Clinic since the very first day I moved to Houston in 1999. The day I moved here my cat got her head stuck in a hole in the kitchen cabinet and I frantically drove down Richmond Ave. looking for any vet. Greenway was the first vet office that I saw so I ran in and told them that I thought my cat was about to pull her head off and what to do? Dr. Van Ness stopped what he was doing and hopped in the car with me and expertly pulled my kitty's head out of the hole. I have cats and a dog and have seen each of the vets at Greenway: Dr. Van Ness, Dr. Olson and Dr. Bays. I highly recommend each of them. Dr. Van Ness is an excellent surgeon. Best Vet 3/4/2008

Dr Olsen was hightly recommended when I was desperately looking for a new vet for my big dog. She was able to give the right test at the first visit and correctly diagnosed my dog with thyroid problem. She is very patient and listens well on all my concerns. I had previously taken my dog to another vet repeatedly on some recurring problems, which would have been symtoms for the thyroid disease. Everytime my dog was only given antibtoics, no test was ever done. I'm so glad to have found Dr Olsen. I highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a vet. Pros: Best vet, great facilities and very efficient staff Cons: Parking is limited. more

GREAT vet 3/3/2006

I have received great care for my cat from this location! The staff is friendly, and Dr. Bays truly takes pride in her work. I appreciated her listening to my concerns and treating my animal with respect and compassion. The boarding facilities at this location are great, and very reasonably priced; I like that they give the cats some time outside of the kennel to exercise and look out the window. I highly recommend Dr. Bays and the Greenway Animal Clinic in general! Pros: Superb staff, Thorough care, Great boarding Cons: Small parking lot more
