Worst Customer Service 1/25/2011

This company advertises on one of the Christian Broadcasting Networks. They say you can cancell at anytime but when you call to cancell they will just plain not take no for an answer. They then send you another supply of their expensive product in 90 days and charge you eventhough you tell them you cannot afford it anymore. The most unethical company. It is nothing but a scam that takes advantage of individuals who are in pain. more

Company sucks 12/30/2009

I have been dealing with Great Health Works for several months. I didn't get any results from Omega XL so I returned the second bottle and expected a refund. I have called three times and have been told that my refund has been approved, but have still not received anything. I am so fed up!!!! I have tried being nice and I have shouted, but nothing seems to work. I asked for the Supervisor to call me and he didn't call. I am going to post my dissatisfaction on every internet site I can. Pros: Nothing Cons: Poor Customer Service more
