BEWARE...do NOT take your Vehicle to THIS Location 6/26/2011

This has to be the WORST Goodyear Service Cntr I have EVER went to. The Store Manager (FAT Jody)is a arrogant self righteous piece of Lying trash. Plus regardless if you have an appointment or not? you are thrown to the curb if one of a store employees friend needs work done,YOU will be waiting until the Friend is taken care of. I waited over an hour AFTER my appointment Due to this. also, I was charged almost $800.00 dollars for Rotors and brake pads only to have brake problems after the work was all done.when I brought My truck back ? fat Jody raised his voice at me. I walked out and took my Truck to a BETTER Goodyear Location ..The One on East Circle Drive in Cicero,NY There I received GREAT Friendly Service,and NO charge from Jim and R,J. The two Men I delt with.. I FULLY recommend The Goodyear Store in Cicero,NY and NOT this Goodyear Location at all in Baldwinsville (Rt's57 & 31) 8395 Oswego Road is a BAD Location to get ANY work done whatsoever. do NOT go here!! more
