My wife and I stopped by Go Wireless in Fallbrook thinking it was a Verizon Wireless store with the hugh sign out front,
""Verizon"" It was NOT. We came in for 2 IPhones and were talked into the new Thunder Bolt.. Both phones had major issues. Can't send Videos, no compression, power buttons get stuck and touch screen fails often to touch commands.
This store has a 2 week policy.... If you don't like the phone bring it back. Well, I tried to return both phones and exchange them for the I phone or anything that worked better. Here is where they screw you** They don't tell you to keep the out side wrapper on the box the phone came in. Without it your out of luck. The girl at the store was extremely rude and related that I was quote ""S**t out of luck"" I will be filing a law suit next. I will write back and explain how it all worked out.
