G&G Homes did an EXCELLENT work at our basement. They were very professional and always on time. All the workers were polite and always left the worksite very clean at the end of each day. I have hired many ceaftsman through the years and G&G ranks at the top! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. more

Initially we were very please with the end results of our basement remodel especially since adding a steam shower was one of the featureed items that we really wanted. But, we were very disappointed to find out after the warranty that the steam shower installation was a very shabby job. You could actually pull out seal for the shower head from the wall. This cause water to leak in the generator. It circuited out and cost us $300.00 to fix. I wrote a letter to G & G sending them fax copies of the payment and they never responded. I know in the big scheme of things this may not seem like a big deal but it was totally unnecessary. Also, they permanently glued the thermostat setting to the wall. I believe this was just shoddy work, but for G & G to not even acknowledge my letter is truly unprofessional and I would not receommend them to anyone. The ultimate insult was they had pictures of our basement on their website! more
