The office explained thoroughly my insurance coverage and how much they may cover based on the information that my insurance gave them over the phone. I had a real bad toothache, they got me seen quickly and took the pain right away. They were very gentle, caring and I would recommend everybody to go there. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist, but not anymore and would highly recommend them to everybody more

I have been a patient at Ft. Mitchell Dental Care for a few years now. I have had nothing but great things to say about the staff and Dr. They are very up front about all the cost and even offer a payment plan that helped my family out in a huge way. The way the staff helps assist with any issues and makes you feel at ease! I am one that had refused to go to the dentist for many years due to a bad experience i had as a child! Now i am seen every 6 months! And do not mind going! If you are one that has the same fear, give them a call. more

I have been coming to this office for so many years now and they have always taken excellent care of me. They cater to cowards and very gentle. They are very reasonable about what they charge and they have alawys answered my questions as to how much it was gonna cost ahead of time. They have a great payment plan so I did not have to pay anything up front and they recommended me the right dental treatment that I really needed. more

Dr. Mamari was great, he is very easy going and made me feel relaxed, especially the music that they play is very calming. He is also very informative, he will explain what you need to get done in the way that you will understand so that you know how much the work is going to cost so there will not be any surprises, Also the office is very clean and he and his staff are very organized. I been to him twice and I plan on going back and i will ref him to anyone that i know that is looking for a dentist. more

i went to this dentist about a month ago and it was a rip off! he barely talked to me and when he did talk he act like he was just making stuff up. the office is very dated and sketchy. the assistant was more eager to help me more than him and she act like she was more educated which is very sad cause she is jus his assistant. i wouldnt reccoment this doctor to anyone!!!! more

AWESOME TEAM! 6/28/2012

LOVED THIS DENTIST & ASSISTANT! the assistant who made my appointment was very sweet and understanding and she made my check up appointment around my schedule. i came in and only waited 10 minutes until i was brought back. She started asking me questions and filled in the doctor so i wouldnt have to repeat myself when he came in to see me. he listened to my needs and wants and made a whole dental plan for me. i highly suggest this little team to anybody. they take all insurances even medicaid! top of the line treatment for medicaid also, not treated any differently! more

Great dental office in Ft Mitchell. 7/25/2011

I had a great experience at Ft. Mitchell Dental Care. I was able to be seen the same day I made a call to the office, the Doctor was very friendly and made me feel comfortable although a trip to the dentist is never fun. also I didnt wait forever to be seen. I now have no pain in my tooth, all thanks to Ft. Mitchell Dental Care. I highly recommend them to anyone. more

A+ denal care 5/15/2010

I have been a pt at Ft. Mitchell Dental Care for a few years now. Unpersonable and EXPENSIVE 6/23/2009

This was a mistake to go here! I went in with an excruciating toothache. First, the dentist was around 20 minutes late getting there. I had to pay upfront before anything was done. A hundred dollars for one tooth xray and office visit is robbery. They took one xray of one tooth and that was the last I seen of the dentist. The assistant told me I needed a full peridontic which would be $900. I am glad I did not schedule it. They gave me a tylenol prescription which barely helped. Two days I later I had to seek another dentist who seen me immediately, did an office visit, full xray and two extractions for $300. I find it odd to base a $900 procedure on one tooth xray and I have found that procedure elsewhere for around $150. I agree with the previous review that this place seems shady. I find it hard to trust a dentist in a strip mall next to pizza parlour. Pros: Near expressway Cons: understaffed and run like an assembly line more

Avoid at all costs!! 10/9/2007

This office billed me full price despite the fact that my husband and I have full coverage on our insurance. They would not allow me to leave the office without paying a ridiculously high co-pay for basic services that were completely covered by our insurance. When I approached my insurance company, the insurance company informed me that they had also been billed, as the office tried to double my patient revenue. Had the office simply admitted an error, I would have had no problem as people make mistakes. However, they steadfastly refused to admit their error. Finally, after a month of our insurance company badgering them, they issued our refund. However, they would not release my dental records without my mailing them an official request so they could mail them back to me. I understand HIPAA regulations but why they could not simply give them to me in person so that I could take my business elsewhere is beyond me. Dr. Mamari had my tooth pulled and pain free in no time! They offer emergency services and are CHEAP. They offer any kind of dental work needed and they are as nice as can be! more
