I was very disappointed with this place. I was expecting a relaxing day at the spa. Not so much! You are basically in one big room with partitions to make up small others. This salon was a nightmare! My highlights/lowlights washed out in 2 days. My haircut was uneven and cut way to short! The stylist didn't even style it, she just blew it dry (guess cause it was Sat.)! I paid $90 for these services! I was extremely disappointed. The hairstylist had me in the chair for 3 hrs. and was unfriendly. I think she spoke to me 3 times. This salon was dirty and the makeup they use is left uncovered in the middle of the salon! Wouldn't let them put that on my face! I tried to cancel my wedding day services with them and get my deposit back, but the owner would not have it! She yelled at me and hung up on me! It took 2 weeks for me to get her on the phone, she kept leaving it up to her receptionist to talk to me. Very unprofessional. Guess this is how she does business. Buyer Beware...I would not want anyone to go through this. I am happy I tried them out before taking my bridesmaids and myself there on my big day! more

While the interior was a little noisy and not as ""polished"" looking as other salons I've been in; the service was impeccable. I scheduled an hour long full body swedish massage and a deluxe spa pedicure the day previous and they had no problems fitting me in and accommodating me. After my massage I sat for an additional 45 minutes of pampering while my feet and legs were attended to. I left there feeling well taken care of and so very relaxed. I would definitely return, and in fact I am making arrangements for that as I type this. Pros: Ample neighborhood parking, value, friendliness, quality service, knowledgeable staff Cons: atmosphere was noisy, more industrial looking than spa looking more

I purchased a huge amount of services during Xmas, six-hours away and via the telephone; scheduling the dates to surprise my mother-in-law. She had the works - and ended up with more. Her make-up looked gorgeous as she strutted to her Christmas party. I give this place the highest review for their ""aim to please"" and will to ""go beyond."" Then on a return visit, I surprised my daughter with an acne facial, haircut, & brows. As a matter of fact, as I type this review, I am in the process of making more reservations for when I am back in the area! I can't wait to try the mineral make-up. KUDOS! Cons: Was hard to find for a non-local, but my GPS prevailed. more
