My order was delivered on the wrong day, a day early. I asked for them to be delivered on a specific day for a reason. Also, I specifically asked for a lot of daises and there were hardly any in the arrangement. But worst of all, they gave my credit card information to another company by mistake to pay for another customer's order and it was charged to my account. I found the mistake, and the other company fixed it. I still have not received a call from Flowers by Fran. Next time I will go with the other company. Learn how to run a business.
