The trailer I started renting there looked really nice when I first saw it. I could tell it had been worked on and I thought work was ongoing. I was wrong. Whoever was working on it just stopped, left materials and chemicals behind, and left several things unfinished. A cabinet door is missing, leaving the sink plumbing exposed. The board meant to conceal the water tank in our son's closet was left off, which we fixed ourselves for our son. The sliding closet door in our room is off track. The electricity keeps going out and when AEP checked it, it was found unsafe. I told the landlords, and instead of sending an inspector like I told them was supposed to be used, they sent a regular electrician. I told her they wanted an inspection number at least 5 times before she realized I didn't mean the meter number. I told her several times if it wasn't inspected, the power would be shut off, and she raised her voice and acted as though it was the first she'd heard of it. I had actually been telling her this for the last 2 days. It turns out the wiring is out of code and should have been checked before the trailer was rented out. She wants to evict me for being 5 days past the grace period for rent due. When I told her that I had been waiting for them to tell me what to pay because they said they'd lower it, she told me I was making excuses. I have a 10 day grace period, and they didn't tell me until the 10th day. When I called the water company to get the water transferred they said it was in my name and that sewer was separate and I had to have it put in my name too. I wasn't told that the sewer needed to be done first, and the water bill got sent to the landlord. I told the landlord and I was told they know for a fact I was told about the sewer because the water company "always tells people." The landlords in general are rude, unprofessional, and act like everything you say is a lie. I gave them a star because I had to give a rating. They don't deserve it. Take your business elsewhere.
