Fairlake Cove

This property was nice when I moved in 2 years ago, but the staff is very unprofessional--the ENTIRE STAFF!! The manager is NEVER here and the racist leasing agent left in charge is a waste of gravity. There is no system of filing/tracking work orders. She just writes them down on a piece of scratch paper and that is the last time anything is done with them!! I have requested many work orders and one has been completed!!! The grounds are falling apart, the pool is always green, the maintenance man just drives around on his golf cart all day doing nothing. The housekeeper spends more time in her own apartment than cleaning the ones that need it. She lets her kids run around when she is working and allows them to cuss the residents out.The staff needs an entire overhaul or a course in customer service and skills!!! These people obviously have no intention of making this a successful property by the riff-raff they have been approving to move in here...that is why they have lost good residents like me and many others!! I moved out a few months ago and hear nothing good from the people still there.No wonder so many skip out on them.Good riddance!!! I would give this place -5 stars if allowed to!! more

i think these apartments are very pretty but when you have leasing staff who curse you and treat you like crap it gets old!!! when you ask for the coorp office number the older one says she is the coorporate and if you have a problem deal with her!!! They don't fix anything right away , they tell you that they have exterminated and they haven't, I think they need to have some people go down there and watch the staff and how they treat people!!! more
