I was given a prolonged treatment date because of a policy granted by the State of Minnesota (so I was told by the manager Michelle) that this company could go against HIPAA laws by collecting peoples insurance information and putting them into a discriminatory group.Apparently 60% of American`s carry my kind of inshurance and do not follow through with making it in to their appointments. So my health treatment is legally prolonged because of a statistical data collection.I felt totally discriminated against. The manager apologized many times and offered me treatment the next day this one time,I turned her down in protest to all the other patients that had treatment delayed because of what to me felt like discrimination and unworthy of treatment. At the end of the conversation she made me well aware that they do charity`s for poor people. How would that make you feel?
