Not worth the cost. Customer service was less than ideal, and it was VERY costly. Also, Would have liked to review my other options prior to signing our contract, but the "discount" was only available if we signed that day, so researching other companies would have cost us even more money. No issues with the repair as of yet, but feel like we got scammed a little. more

We had the Everdry system installed in March of 2008. Since their first day on the job, we no longer had water in our basement. We went through a very long, frustrating time until we finally found out about them. They have since had to return to repair a sticky float valve. They replaced the complete pump at no charge. They gave us some pointers which keep every thing working properly. They even filled in some cracks in our driveway pad just because they were here. I can't say enough good about Everdry. As I said in the review title, I could be a salesman for them, but I'm retired.!! more

Everdry came as a recommendation from a neighbor who had the same problems we were having in our basement. We called and they came out within 2 weeks to get started. It took them less than 3 days to complete all the work, which included installing drain tile inside (around the outer walls) our entire basement, 2 sump pumps and a ventilation system. They were honest, respectful, courteous and punctual. The communication from the initial contact with Everdry was appreciated. We have been thrilled with the work they did. We had been having water issues in our basement for years. It had gotten a lot worse within the last 12 months. So far, so good! We will see once all this snow melts in the Spring if it has truly fixed all our problems. We would highly recommend Everdry as they did a great job from beginning to end! more

They fixed my basement that was more like an inground pool everytime it rained. Had one minor leak a year later when we got 5 inches of rain overnight. Calles them and they had it fixed within a week. more
