Had my basement waterproofed 2 years ago, after dealing with 2 feet of water every time it rained heavily.It has been dry ever since. The city storm sewers just backed up due to heavy rain, and our basement stayed dry. Would definitely recommend them. more

When I moved into my house I had a basement that almost always had damp walls so I contacted EverDry. They sent a crew out and in only a few hours they dug a trench around my house and sealed the outside walls and also broke up the basement floor to add a drain channel and sump pump to remove any ground water leaks then they repaired the floor and I was able to finish my basement and in going on 18 years I have never had another water problem. I purchased my house in October 2007 from the home owner directly. We went through the appropriate steps to conduct an assessment of the house and have the proper inspections conducted. The house passed with flying colors, including the basement. In late winter/early spring 2008, my basement would flood whenever the snow melted, up to 1-2”. It was disaster and didn’t just start in 2008. I reached out to local companies that specialize in basement waterproofing and foundation repair. I received three estimates for the work and felt the most confident in EverDry. Their analysis was thorough and professional with the assurance that they would stand behind their work. Bought a bilevel last year. The lower level was never finished due to leakage , evidently starting while this 40+ year old house was young. Wanting to double our square footage, we knew drying up this basement was long overdue. The problem was leakage at our footings. Ever-dry has a superior system, digging deeper down to the bottom of the footing, as opposed to other companies, where they only dig a few inches, essentially only catching the water at floor level. Everdry's superior system also relieves hydrostatic pressure on our entire floor, so now we will be warrantied for life on the whole floor, not just the outer floor wall perimeter, like other companies we looked into. The sump pit is located exactly where i asked, and even the pump is virtually silent as an added bonus. The workers were very kind and they cleaned up nicely. I was worried about the dust from concrete and all my items were covered and they swept up daily. Oh, and NO more water! The musty smell seems to have gone away after just a couple months now due to their EZ Breath, which i highly suggest. The new sump pump is working hard constantly and discharges almost at the same frequency as original exterior sump, so its definitely doing its job! Highly recommend this system and company! Had an amazing experience with Everdry. Their crew worked fast, efficient, and cleaned up well. You honestly could not tell that they had been there once they were finished. We are extremely satisfied with the service and work done by Everdry Waterproofing. The salesman that did our inspection explained in detail the problem, the work that needed to be done and the cost without ever being pushy about signing a contract. The crew that came to do the actual work was courteous and professional and the hardest workers I have ever experienced. The job that was suppose to take two full days was completed in a day and a half. And this was no easy job as we do not have full basement but only a 4' crawl space. So they had to work in cramped space and haul every bit of old cement and soil up a ladder in 5 gallon buckets and drain tile and cement down the very same way. Then they cleaned up every bit of dust and dirt both inside and out. We did experience a bit of seepage a month later but one phone call to the office and in just a day they were back to correct the problem. Would recommend Everdry to anyone without hesitation. more
