Everdry Repair Visit 4/30/2016

My sump pump was not working properly, so I scheduled an appointment with Everdry. The Everdry repairman arrived in a timely manner, quickly diagnosed the problem, and took care of it effectively. He also went the extra step to tie my lines, cords, etc. together to stabilize them and keep them out of the way. He was polite, professional and efficient. Job well done. Thanks! Fantastic! 4/30/2016

It isn't often you receive superior service. You might hope for it, but it rarely happens. This was one of those times when superior service really doesn't begin to cover the experience I found with Everdry Waterproofing. I can truthfully say I was treated with honesty, respect, and superior service from every single member of the Everdry team. From the initial inspection member, to the crews that came to work on the house, it was one of the best service experiences I have had in the last 15 years. Customer service second to none, amazing work, fantastic cleanup each day the guys were here, and thorough daily follow up to be sure I understood what was happening each day. Would highly recommend!!!! 4/7/2016

Everdry has been a great company to work with. When my husband and I bought our house the previous owners had Everdry waterproof the basement and Everdry made it very easy to switch the warranty into our name no questions asked. They had all records of what the previous owner done on file so they were able to give us needed information. Since then we have had problems with the basement leaking water. Great Company! 3/12/2016

We had a very wet moldy basement and crawl space. We were to the point that we could not use our basement any longer. Everdry came out and gave us a free inspection and let us know all the issues and how we could fix things. They first installed a EZ Breathe ventilation system in our home which within a day of it running I could tell a difference in the air through out our home. We were very impressed with the Everdry crew as they got things done fast! They worked on the outside and inside of our home and finished everything in three days. They repaired cracks and sealed our foundation put in a drainage system on the outside and inside of our home. They were able to put our new sump pump system, their Smart Power System, where we wanted it and covered up our old one to give us more living space. We now have a dry basement/crawl that we will now be able to finally use! We would highly recommend Everdry to anyone with water and or mold issues. They have been there to answer any questions along the way and stand behind their work giving a lifetime warranty that is even transferable to a new owner if we were to sell. -K.L, Valparaiso, IN more

Everdry Waterproofing 3/11/2016

After we moved into our lakeside home, our walk-out basement flooded several times between 2006 and 2014. It's a finished basement so we had to replace the flooring throughout more than once, treat for mold, repaint, buy new furniture and install several new sump pumps. We tried different remedies and each time were hopeful that the problem was solved. Unfortunately it kept flooding so we finally called Everdry Waterproofing in late 2014. The representative that came out was very professional and described the installation that was needed to take care of the water problem. Once the installation was complete, we have enjoyed a completely dry basement. Even this past Spring which was one of the wettest in years, our basement remained totally dry. Everdry rocks! I recommend Everdry to anyone who has similar problems and wants a permanent solution. Can't say enough good stuff! Thank you Everdry! more

Good Experience 3/2/2016

To all whom installed a basement back-up battery system in the last seven years I am here to tell you that they now have a maintenance free back up battery. They were out to install the new battery and pump. They quoted us the exact cost before they arrived and that was the charge when they left. Everdry did a check of the rest of the system to make sure all was running and looking good and replaced a few other things too. I would have ranked them with the fifth star if the men would have had booties on their shoes to prevent the water on the carpet in the basement. Thanks Everdry from DC in La Porte IN more

Everdry did a great job! 2/29/2016

After 8 years of dealing with a "damp" basement and looking at different options we had Sean from Everdry come to do a consult. He was very thorough and described the entire process to us. Although the cost was more than we expected, I did my own research and found that everything he told us was true/the recommended way to fix our problem. The team came out and did a fantatstic job working around and in our house. They were clean, courteous, and as non-invasive as possible. The crew leader, Daniel, walked me through the process and and kept me informed of their progress. Our basement appears to be drying out and we are very excited to be able to get it cleaned up and make it usable space! Everdry was a great company. They were organized on what they had to correct...The employees were very hard workers and answered all of our questions. No More Mold! 2/15/2016

My home had a horrible mold issue in the basement. We had Everdry out for an inspection and eventually went with their system to prevent further mold entering our house. It worked and we have been mold free ever since! We are so excited to finally be able to finish our basement and make it a part of our home! more

Everdry Waterproofing 1/31/2016

I would like to complement and endorse the work done by Everdry on our basement. The crew was very professional and worked very hard to get the job done with a minimum of disruption to our daily routine. They also did an excellent job in cleaning up the work site. While the price of the project seemed like a lot of money, the amount of work and the labor involved looked to be in line with the project cost. The location of our house really made the use of power equipment prohibitive. Everdry’s hand dig process was the only one that would work for us. The crew found that one of our basement walls was half gone from the outside. Potential catastrophe prevented. I would urge homeowners to at least get an assessment of their foundation’s condition, especially on an older home. SKC – Warsaw, IN more

Basement waterproofing 1/26/2016

I have owned two homes that have been waterproofed by Everdry. Both projects have been very successful at making the basement/ foundation dry. The installers are professional and provide quality work. Everdry customer service has always been very helpful. Their work is backed by the Everdry warranty, and they stand by it. Never been drier 1/20/2016

I was very pleased with the work Everdry completed. We have had so much rain since their work was completed and my crawlspace has remained dry. Before they came to do their work, every time it rained it was like someone turned on a faucet down there. The water just flowed in. Not only is my crawlspace dry, it smells so much better! Professional Waterproofing Company 12/29/2015

I live near Lake Michigan so some water would accumulate in the basement during heavy rain. I tried running a dehumidifier, but it barely made a dent in the moisture. I looked into waterproofing and found that Everdry was highly recommended. My experience so far has been great. The crew that came out for the install was quick and courteous. The system has been working flawlessly outside a slight hiccup stemming from the install, but Everdry had a tech out to my house within 30 minutes of my call and I haven't had any issues since.
