I am calling them! 37 years with a wet basement is enough!" My husband was skeptical, but he is a believer now. Everything from start to finish went very well. The system is working great and my husband loves to go downstairs and watch all that rainwater run into the sump well! Yes, it was pricey, but a contractor friend wanted to charge me a lot more than what we paid Ever Dry, and the process was going to be very invasive. We live in a house which sits on the shore of Cobus Creek. The house was built in 1974 and now sits in a flood plain. We would always have water in our crawl space in the Spring and Fall. We saw their booth at a home show and decided to have them come out and see our problem. They said their system would take care of all water problems. An outside system was installed with two sump pumps. While it did reduce most of the water problem, we would still get some water and was not what they had promised. I notified them of the issue and they decided to add an inside system. That took care of our problem. The crawl space was covered with gravel and plastic. Now the crawl space is dry and the humidity levels are now normal in the house. Everdry has a lifetime warranty which I have used on a few occasions. The pumps have been replaced about 3 times over the 15 years we have had the system. They have always responded in a timely manner and have kept their promise of having a dry crawl space. I would recommend them to anyone who has water issues. more

We live in the middle of northern Indiana about an hour's drive from the Michiana state line. We bought a fifty-year-old residence several years ago. The basement was poured concrete. The stairway leading to the basement is a block wall with poured concrete steps. The wall developed a leak that let water into the basement almost every time it rained. We contracted with Everdry about 3 years ago to fix the problem. They came in and went around three sides of the house completely waterproofing the outside and inside walls. A sump pump on a battery back-up was installed as well as a controllable vent fan. After they were finished, we still had the leak. The following year, they came back about 5 or 6 times. The last time, they dug around the north side of the garage, totally waterproofing the concrete block wall and installing two drysinks to handle the rain water run-off. That worked! Everything is now dry. During one of these visits, some workers cut into the concrete of the garage floor without covering everything with plastic first. The concrete dust carried to the basement where it literally covered everything with a thin film of grainy dust. But the company promptly assumed responsibility, bringing in a professional 6-member cleaning crew. They cleaned the carpet, sofas and chairs, pulling every book out of our bookshelves and cleaning them all by hand. When they left, it was like a new house! We were very impressed. If Everdry doesn't get it right the first time, or the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th, they'll keep coming back until it is right. That's the kind of business you can trust! Thank you Everdry, J. D. We got our waterproofing system installed about 1.5 years ago now. I was so impressed by the crew's efficiency. They had the entire basement completed in about 2.5 days. We have recently had a dramatic amount of rain in our area, with lots of people in my neighborhood having flooded basements. Our basement used to always get water in it whenever we got any decent rain. Ever since we got our Everdry system installed, it has stayed completely dry. We moved into our home 40 years ago. We also soon discovered that we had a water (serious) problem. Desiring to get the home paid for we endured the problem attempting to correct it ourselves. Those "home" attempts failed. We finally were put in contact with Everdry. They came with a crew and completed the job efficiently and in good time (considering that a previous owner had added 4 inches of concrete to the basement floor thinking that would correct the problem - it didn't). Everdry came out and did a inspection in my crawlspace and in my basement and found moisture in the basement and in the crawlspace from high humidity levels. They explained the process that they would need to do to rectify the problem, they we're very professional and on time, they installed a eazy breathe ventilation system that vents out side, it gets the moisture out, and the air is much fresher and it does not allow mold to grow anymore. They also installed a drain system inside and outside. crew did a excellent job and cleaned up as well. We called Everdry after we found we had serious water issues in our basement of our new home. We hired them and they came out did the basement and outside of our home. Everything was cleaned up and back in its place before they left. Care was taken when entering the inside of our home to the basement. Two years later and we have not had one water issue.
