Everdry did everything they promised, and the crew was very efficient and hard-working. It was surprising how much they accomplished in 3 days. We had recently purchased a house that we re-modeled and updated. When we moved in we realized that the humidity was very high in the basement causing mold and musty air. Because this system was a big investment we asked a lot of questions. The office staff was very helpful every time we called and were very patient in giving us more details. When the work crew was done everything was put back in order, including the landscaping around the house and in the basement. As all of us do when faced with a big project, we procrastinate. Mostly because we don't know who to call and don't want to make a costly mistake. I finally got the nerve to handle the wet basement by contacting Everydry through Home Advisor. The assessor came out and thoroughly inspected our basement. To my shock the water and mold damage was much worse than I expected. We were presented with three options with absolutely no pressure on which to choose. We agreed to the problem solver we felt best for us. What a company! I was very impressed with all aspects of the contact, communication and work done. I haven't seen customer service like this in a LONG TIME. They answered all my questions and I felt very confident all the way through the project. The day the crew came they started work around the house on the outside. They took great care with the shrubs and flowers, wrapping the shrubs with plastic to protect them. When they were through you couldn't tell they had even been there. Inside the basement was just as through. They covered things in plastic and left nothing behind in the way of mess. A foreman was with the crew, followed up on the start day with another visit of someone making sure we were happy and ready to answer any questions. I have friends that have experienced the same positive customer service from this reputable company. I would recommend Everydry to anyone with a wet basement no matter how little or large their problems are. more

I purchased a 10 year old, lake home, in Michigan. Shortly after the purchase a problem with a wet crawlspace appeared. A severe problem . . bad enough that it threatened the health and stability of my new home. Everdry gave me an estimate that blew my mind . . much higher than I anticipated. I had an additional estimate by another company that was half the cost of Everdry ( the Everdry instector told me that if I got other estimates they would probably be half of what Everday was . . . and he was right.) During the entire 'flood water' experience I continued to check my crawl space . . . and I am thrilled to say that not one drop of water was in the crawl space . . . yes I said not "one" drop of water. A year and a half after we purchased our home, we had a flood in our basement during the winter melt and spring rains. We had friends come over and help us remove the carpet, get the electric baseboard heat disconnected and off the floor, and remove the paneling from the walls. It was a mess, and we were devastated.
