WORST RIP OFF EXPERIENCE 8/7/2010

WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER. BEST RIP OFF OF MY LIFE : I PAID $ 350 FOR A ONE DAY SUCKY EMPTY GAS TANK CAR NO INFANT SEAT AVAILABLE. Abused clearly of a non prepared trip. I showed up with my wife and 2 kids in July with no reservations. They offered me "medium class car" for $ 165 a day. I found this outrageously expensive. the best was to follow: the car was a KIA, empty gas tank, wanted to rent a car seat but told me to go to target to get one... any way, I did not have time to swich agency as had just 2 days in Seattle. I decided to go ahead. When came back, I over passed the time by 4 hours and they of course charged me 2 days. If you are smarter than me and prepare your trip avoid this agency or prepare it in advance. When I went on the internet after, I found a better car for $ 95 all insurance included. more
