Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently began a new position with my company which will require travel. My first experience, with Enterprise, was in Jackson, MS and had great service. But most recently, I booked a rental car from the Murrysville, PA location to drive to Baltmore, MD. I made reservations to pick up a non smoking, standard size car to be picked up at 4:00pm. When I arrived, they were unprepared...there was no car ready and I had to wait almost 30 minutes until they finished cleaning one and ended up with a car that smelled like a cigar smoker recently rented it and they gave me the car with only 1/2 tank of gas. Ugh...I hope this doesn't happen again. more

Enterprise is the BEST! I rent a car from your Murrysville location every year for vacation. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and professional. The vehicles are always 100% clean, and in excellent condition. The rental price is very reasonable. The location is very easy to get in and out of, clearly marked, and plenty of parking. The premises is exceptionally clean and a pleasure to be there. You are immediately greeted by a representative and the wait time for service is fast and efficient. The company representative takes time with you and explains all the information about the rental including a walk around to make sure you are not charged with any damage that might be on the automobile. When you deal with a great company like Enterprise, why would you ever want to go anywhere else? Thanks for the great rental experience year in and year out! more

We recently rented cars twice from Enterprise in Murrysville, PA to make trips while our car was in the shop. The Murrysville office staff was outstanding. The cars were in great condition. The prices were reasonable. We had a flat tire on Interstate 81 in Virginia (no fault of Enterprise), and the Enterprise roadside assistance was quick and efficient. We will definitely rent from Enterprise the next time we need a rental car, and we have already recommended Enterprise to others. more
