We had a thing happen where friends and my own spouse were stranded out of town, I initially called a texas branch where they were to set up the rental, only to be told to make the payment I would need to call my local place. They directed me right back to the texas branch. Once all was said and done they got the rental car. But returning it to the local office was difficult. Wires had been crossed and they had yet to process the insurance that was to cover the costs.
I will say that they arranged a one-way vehicle, wich is something they never do, so all in all I guess it was a fair trade. But we won't plan to use them in the future.
