Ed's Snowmobile & Motorcycle

My bike was not handling very well in the corners. Upon inspection I discovered that the rear tires was down to the chords. I managed to limp the bike into Spokane to find that none of the large Metric dealerships where open on Sunday or Monday. I called ED's on Monday morning and they dropped everything they were doing, replaced my rear tire, put on new brake pads and had me back on the road within an hour. Not only did they drop everything to help me out, they also charged me a lot less than I had expected. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. ED's is a true speed shop. I was surprised to find that they weld, machines parts (they have CNC and metal Lathes), dyno's and do full mechanical rebuilds. Thanks to ED's I was able to finish the Bike trip with minimal interruption. more

I have taken 3 different snowmobiles and my motorcycle there over the past two years and always been satisfied with the service. Brian has been a Godsend to me. He has answered all my questions and helped me with things that were outside of the scope of their work. He is always price conscious and usually offers alternatives to the high prices of dealer parts. I dropped off a sled there once and when I went to pick it up the bill was under $20.00 - who does that?! Granted we have a little history together but I was still floored. I like the counter people as well. It was nice to receive their xmas card. It is great to see that a small business for power sports CAN survive. You cannot beat the fact they are open 6 days a week! You can't go wrong by going here. more

I rode my Suzuki Katana 500 miles north to CDA to be at a family funeral. Found out I needed a new front tire. I called every motorcycle shop in the valley, CDA, Post Falls and Hayden. Finally found Ed's online and they were the only shop that had my tire in stock! Was not able to get in to the shop till Saturday morning and Ed's said no problem bring it in at 0800 and we could get it changed. Jason in the service department was awesome and got me all checked in Saturday morning and said he would have it done in 45 minutes! I went across the street and had a coffee at Starbucks walked back to Ed's and my bike was ready to go!! Made it back 500 miles to Mountain Home ID. with new tire and no worries. Thanks so much and Jason needs a good Christmas Bonus!!!!!!! more

Great place to have your bike worked on. (They do snowmobiles as well but I have no experince with them in that). They answer your questions about everything bike related. Doesn't matter if you are an experinced rider or novice. As I ride an older bike which is hard to find parts for, these are the guys I call always. They know bikes. more

I took my bike to ed's they did not put the fairing(cowl) right. I had 2 missing 2 bolts they didn't not bother putting them or even tell me about them, which makes me wonder if they did a good job servicing my bike. I also didn't have my suspension leaking before I took it there...is is a coincindence that happend while there...I don't know. more
