Shawn was/is great. Fantastic job. The one thing I would comment on is I paid for service on the initial visit. Since then I've received three notices to pay. That is annoying. If there's a way to get the appropriate departments to speak with each other to sure up the billing would make the Experience better more

We were very pleased with the prompt ,informative, and professional service we received in regards to our consultation and treatment for termites. The only issue we had, was that in addition to the treatment for termites, we had the outside of the house sprayed for ants, and spiders. Only a week later we are still seeing many spiders (brown widows), and some ants . We are not sure if his is normal a week later, but felt as though the spray did not eradicate any of the spiders. more

I have found the Ecola service experience to be excellent. The service professionals are friendly, efficient and professional. Unfortunately, there are administrative problems at Ecola resulting in a consistent stream of incorrect, excessive billings. In spite of apologies and promises that everything is corrected, the problems seem to persist. This is extremely frustrating and is in sharp contrast to the high quality of the service provided. Highest ratings for service, lowest ratings for administrative support. more

Dear Ecola: Your service is wonderful. I am very happy I chose Ecola and the method your recommended to control my termite problem. I can easily say your team is trained very well in both customer service and effectiveness in handling the problem of termites. My only concern (and it may not be a real concern) is ...do I still have a termite problem even though I do not see any sign of termites at this time? I am thinking not, but time will tell. David showed up with a smile on his face. I remembered him from a previous visit. I remarked that not having the pesky blank ant roaming my cupboards was a very pleasant surprise. We talked briefly about bees and he shared with me interesting stories about his beekeeping activities. He was very pleasant and efficient. more

Overall the service has been excellent. Ecola is prompt in response to a call when I notice new termite droppings. The personnel are polite and complete their jobs quickly. Ecola would have be given 5 stars but I have two issues. On their last visit the termite treatment was under the kitchen sink. While doing their job they bumped and moved the kitchen sink drains which caused a leak. I realigned the drains and tightened all the connections which fixed the leak. The Ecola personnel should ensure they do not cause additional problems when performing their job. My second issue deals with the extent of work performed on their visit. I think the Ecola personnel should at the very minimum perform an inspection of the structure to make sure there is no additional termite activity. On their last visit the Ecola personnel only looked at the area I had identified. No additional inspections where performed. more

Your technicians were polite and understanding of my desire to avoid toxic materials due to my wife's medical history which includes leukemia and a weak immune system. There have been no ants but a cockroach every other day since spraying. I will monitor and let you know if the roaches continue. Thanks, Arnold C. Frankenberger. more
